Job Description

Category Radiation Therapy - Radiation Therapist Job Type Contract Make an immediate difference by providing advanced radiation therapy services in a dedicated healthcare environment. This 13-week assignment requires skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering safe and precise therapeutic care to patients undergoing cancer treatments. The role is designed for a licensed Radiation Therapist who can operate state-of-the-art technology and maintain compassionate interactions with every patient.
Schedule:
5x8s (Monday through Friday, daytime hours)
Qualifications:
Current and valid certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) BLS certification required Active Colorado Radiation Therapy license Experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred, with strong technical competency Excellent communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed doses of radiation to patients with accuracy and efficiency Operate and maintain specialized equipment in accordance with safety standards Collaborate closely with oncologists, physicists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care Accurately document treatments and maintain thorough patient records Assist with patient positioning, explain procedures, and address any patient concerns Adhere to all regulatory and organizational protocols for safety and confidentiality
