Baptist Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Radiation Therapist to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center in Downtown Jacksonville, FL. Individuals with a defined focus of radiation therapy who are patient focused are sought to join our program. This is a Full-time Days position. We are looking for experienced professionals with a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy. This Radiation Therapist works with cancer patients of all ages delivering highly precise and closely monitored doses of radiation. You must be a Licensed Radiation Therapy Technologist and a Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) to be considered for this role. As a Radiation Therapist, your key responsibilities include: Must possess excellent communication and writing skills. Experience in Aria record and verify system as well as familiar with Varian TrueBeam and Edge treatment delivery systems. Machine warm ups, equipment and patient set-ups, delivering daily treatments, assisting with the simulation process. Peer review and delivering the highest standards of care to our patients.
