Job Summary and Qualifications The Radiation Therapist provides radiation therapy treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures of Memorial Health/Meadows Hospital. In collaboration with Radiation Oncologist, dosimetry, nurse, front office staff, the patient, the patient's family and other members of the health care team, the Radiation Therapist evaluates the treatment plan, delivers accurate radiation therapy treatments, performs simulation, CT scans, maintain accurate radiation therapy treatments records and insures proper scheduling and billing. The job may also include assisting with the development of radiation therapy staff scheduling, participation in weekly chart review, participation in process improvements, and other responsibilities as required by management.
What qualifications you will need:
• BLS - Healthcare provider and other certifications as defined by department • Graduate of an ARRT accredited program with a degree or certificate in Radiation Therapy required Benefits Memorial Health Meadows Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
