Key Responsibilities:
Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients with accuracy and compassion. Operate Varian Ede/Aria treatment planning and delivery systems. Manage patient schedules and treatment documentation in compliance with protocols. Collaborate with oncology teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Maintain equipment safety and calibration standards. Adhere to clinic policies, noting that holiday closure days do not count toward guaranteed hours.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current Radiation Therapist certification from ARRT and IEMA. Proven experience working in mid to large hospital settings. Proficiency with Varian Ede/Aria systems. Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume clinical environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
