  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiation Therapist to join our dynamic oncology team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering precise radiation therapy treatments to patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. This position requires advanced knowledge of radiation therapy techniques, patient management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
  • Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to any adverse reactions or complications during treatment.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, side effects, and care plans.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior radiation therapists and support staff.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs and continuous professional development activities.
  • Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in radiation therapy, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and treatment planning systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
