Job Description

Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Qualifications:
Holds current certification and licensure as a Radiation Therapist At least 2 years of experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply Demonstrated proficiency in operating True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife machines or the ability to learn quickly Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care Ability to manage time efficiently in a high-volume clinical environment
Schedule/Hours:
Direct hire, full-time position
Responsibilities:
Administer daily radiation treatments in a compassionate and precise manner, averaging 25-32 patients per day Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff to ensure optimal treatment outcomes Monitor and document patient responses, maintaining thorough and accurate records Calibrate and perform safety checks on all radiation therapy equipment Educate patients and families about procedures, expectations, and aftercare
