Full-time Key Qualifications:
Registered or registry-eligible Radiation Therapist Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy; candidates who are newly graduated are encouraged to apply Proficiency working with equipment such as True Beam, Varian, and CyberKnife is highly desirable Strong understanding of safety, quality assurance protocols, and compassionate patient care Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer precise radiation treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists Operate and maintain advanced radiotherapy equipment, ensuring proper patient positioning and safety during procedures Accurately perform daily record keeping and documentation in adherence with clinical protocols Collaborate closely with medical physicists, dosimetrists, and multidisciplinary team members Educate and support patients and their families throughout the treatment process, answering questions and explaining procedures Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and stay current with latest treatment techniques
