• $192,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced Director of Radiation Services to lead radiation oncology and diagnostic imaging operations for a growing, multi-site oncology practice. This senior leadership role blends clinical expertise, operational oversight, and strategic planning to ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance. What You'll Do
• Lead and oversee radiation oncology and imaging services across multiple practice locations
• Partner with executive leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to drive operational excellence
• Ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards
• Manage staffing, budgets, and departmental performance
• Support quality assurance, safety programs, and the adoption of new technologies
• Recruit, develop, and mentor radiation therapy and imaging staff What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy Technology
• ARRT Certification (required)
• 7+ years of radiation oncology experience, including: 2+ years as an actively practicing Radiation Therapist or Dosimetrist & 5+ years in a leadership or management role
• Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) preferred
• State radiation therapy licensure preferred Why Join Us
