Join our dynamic Radiation Oncology Team at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital where everyone has a role in providing extraordinary care! for this Senior Radiation Therapist (PRN) opening!! PRN Schedule Radiation Oncology Dept Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (depending on patient volume) Non-Benefits Eligible Overview Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital offers highly specialized surgical and medical services in an intimate environment and is known for outstanding patient care. With 64 private patient rooms, 14 operating rooms and four intensive care unit rooms, the facility was designed to provide a comforting environment that is innovative, efficient and centered on the patient experience. The campus features a park-like setting with landscaping and a walking path that winds through the grounds and connects to Millennium Park. The Barnes Jewish West County Hospital Department of Radiation Oncology treats 25-40 patients daily. The department has 2 Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerators, Aria Software, and a Siemens SOMATOM go.

Open Pro CT scanner. Physician coverage is from Washington University. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Performs patient treatments utilizing ionizing radiation under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist. Responsibilities Prepares patient and chart prior to start of procedure. Delivers accurate and consistent treatments to patients. Completes treatment process and coordinates patient scheduling.
