Job Description
Provides radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by the physician according to established standards and practices. Documents treatment as required. Assists with individualized treatment plans and computer treatment plans, progress reports and other required reports. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient during treatment. Participates in audits and performance improvement activities. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Works to promote OZH's vision, mission, values and standards as well as the Oncology department's developmental plan of care. Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology and a course of radiation therapy. Registry certified
