Job Description

PeerSource Oncology is seeking an experienced Locum Radiation Therapist for a 9-week travel assignment near Columbia, MS, starting 9/21 . This competitive opportunity offers $3,450 per week and requires at least 1-2 years of prior experience in a radiation therapy role. An active ARRT certification and MS License is required. Candidates must be proficient in Varian TrueBeam/ARIA to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient treatment delivery. Responsibilities Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to prescribed plans. Operate Varian TrueBeam/ARIA with precision and efficiency. Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments while maintaining the highest standard of care. Collaborate closely with oncologists, dosimetrists, and medical physicists to ensure optimal treatment delivery. Adapt quickly to new environments, technologies, and workflows. Mentor and support Radiation Therapy Technologists (RTTs) on staff, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance team performance.
