Category Radiation Therapy - Radiation Therapist Job Type Contract This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Radiation Therapist skilled in operating advanced radiation therapy machinery. You will be an essential part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality patient care using cutting-edge technology, including Elekta Versa HD linear accelerators, a GE Lightspeed CT Simulator, and an Accuray M6 CyberKnife system.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions. Operate and maintain 2 Linear Accelerators, 1 CT Simulator, and 1 CyberKnife to deliver precise treatments. Collaborate closely with a team of 9 radiation therapists to ensure optimal patient care and efficient workflow. Utilize the Mosaiq EMR system to document treatment plans and patient progress. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

Certified and licensed Radiation Therapist with relevant clinical experience. Proficiency with Elekta Versa HD, GE Lightspeed simulator, and CyberKnife equipment. Familiarity with Mosaiq EMR software. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work Day Shift hours (8.5 hours between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM); occasional extended hours may be required depending on patient volume.

Work Schedule & Contract Details:

Guaranteed 36 hours per week, with scheduling for 40 hours weekly. Primarily Day Shift; Night Shift coverage is rare but may extend beyond 6 PM on occasion. Contract position offering valuable experience in a technologically advanced clinical setting.
