Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed doses of radiation to patients following physician instructions Operate advanced radiation therapy equipment with precision and safety Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and nurses to ensure optimal patient care Monitor patient responses and provide support throughout treatment courses Maintain detailed, accurate records and documentation Uphold strict protocols for patient safety and confidentiality Participate in department meetings, continuing education, and quality initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
Valid ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy State licensure (or eligibility) Minimum of one year recent clinical experience in radiation therapy Ability to work independently and adapt to varying workflows Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills Proficiency with modern radiation treatment planning and delivery systems
