Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT certified) Recent experience in a clinical radiation therapy setting Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to adapt to new environments and protocols Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed treatments using advanced radiation therapy equipment Monitor patients throughout the course of treatment and report any reactions or concerns Collaborate with oncologists, dosimetrists, and nurses to ensure treatment accuracy Maintain accurate treatment records and follow protocol for patient safety Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and expectations
