This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leadership responsibilities with maintaining hands-on involvement in patient treatment. You'll partner closely with physicians, nursing staff, and support personnel to ensure exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Radiation Therapists and departmental staff Assist with staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization, and department operations Serve as a clinical backup on the treatment machine as needed Promote quality, safety, and regulatory compliance Support budgeting, performance management, and operational initiatives Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver outstanding patient care Mentor staff and help foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development Ideal Qualifications Active New Jersey Radiation Therapy License (NJ DEP) ARRT Certification Minimum 5 years of Radiation Oncology experience Leadership experience as a supervisor, lead therapist, manager, or demonstrated readiness to step into a leadership role Strong knowledge of Radiation Oncology operations and workflow Willingness to remain clinically engaged while leading the department Preferred Experience Billing and coding within Radiation Oncology Insurance authorizations and denial management Budgeting and fiscal oversight Staff scheduling and workforce planning Policy development and regulatory compliance Performance management and team leadership If you're looking to advance your leadership career while continuing to make a direct impact on patient care, we'd love to speak with you. #ghrsearch25
