Qualifications & Skills:

Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT-T) Valid state licensure to practice as a Radiation Therapist Experience operating modern radiation therapy equipment Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication skills and professional bedside manner

Primary Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed doses of radiation under the direction of an oncologist Accurately position patients and ensure consistent, reproducible treatment setup Operate and maintain linear accelerators and other therapy equipment Monitor patient reactions and provide supportive care during treatment Maintain meticulous treatment records and ensure clear communication with the care team Adhere strictly to all safety, regulatory, and infection control guidelines Educate patients and their families regarding the treatment process Experience in a clinical radiation therapy environment is essential, as your technical proficiency will facilitate high-quality care and patient confidence.
