Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments with minimal supervision, ensuring strong communication and patient care during procedures Conduct daily LINAC and CT quality assurance, as well as monthly CT QA Expertly performIGRT, SBRT
treatments, CT/Simulation procedures, and construct immobilization devices as necessary Utilize IV contrast for simulation, perform respiratory gating, and construct electron and cerrobend blocks when required Act as Lead CT Therapist—oversee simulation training, QA processes, and ensure physician documentation readiness Maintain all MOSAIQ records for daily treatment management, verify treatment parameters, participate in weekly chart rounds, and assist inpatient transport when necessary Adhere to department protocols, safety standards, emergency procedures, and the ALARA principle for radiation protection Accurately manage documentation, record keeping, and implement changes in treatment plans as neededQualifications:
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required Previous experience with IGRT, SBRT, CT/Sim, and MOSAIQ strongly preferred Proficiency in treatment planning, QA processes, and radiation safety protocols Excellent communication and organizational skills Demonstrated leadership and teaching capability for training staffBenefits:
