Key Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (or eligible) Valid and up-to-date state license (or ability to obtain) Recent experience in radiation therapy, preferably in an acute or outpatient oncology setting Exceptional communication skills and collaborative spirit Proficiency with linear accelerators, simulation, and treatment planning systems Strong commitment to patient-centered care and safety standards
Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate and effective patient treatments in accordance with prescribed radiation therapy plans Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot radiation equipment and accessories Monitor and document patient responses throughout therapy cycles Collaborate closely with physicians, dosimetrists, and other oncology professionals Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance procedures Offer compassionate support to patients and families, effectively communicating procedures and expectations
