This full-time leadership opportunity combines direct patient care with mentoring, operational oversight, and collaboration across the oncology team to ensure exceptional treatment delivery and patient outcomes. A Staff Radiation Therapist opportunity is also available in nearby Medford, OR. Position Overview The Lead Radiation Therapist provides leadership, training, and day-to-day guidance to Radiation Therapists while delivering high-quality radiation treatments. This individual partners closely with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Dosimetrists, Nursing, and other clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. The role also assists leadership with workflow improvements, technical operations, and enhancing the overall patient experience. Shift Details Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Monday•Friday 8:00 AM•5:00
