Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT required) Current BLS certification Proven experience operating radiation therapy equipment Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to thrive independently and within a multidisciplinary team Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and quality assurance processesKey Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted radiation treatments in alignment with physician prescriptions and protocols Educate patients and families regarding treatment processes and safety Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records Monitor equipment for safety and report technical issues as necessary Collaborate with oncology teams to optimize patient care outcomesBenefits and Perks:
