We are currently seeking a full-time Radiation Therapist to join our Baytown Cancer Center. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and document radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout treatment sessions Accurately enter and maintain treatment parameters in the EMR system Assist in managing daily patient schedules and treatment flow Perform daily equipment QA and uphold radiation safety standards (ALARA principles) Conduct treatment simulations and assist in creating custom blocks/molds when applicable Collaborate effectively with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology Program ARRT (T) certification and Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist license Current CPR certification required Strong computer skills, including EMR and scheduling systems Professional appearance, team-oriented, and able to multitask New graduates are welcome to apply
