Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately administer radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians Operate and maintain advanced radiation therapy equipment safely Verify patient identification, interpret treatment plans, and ensure precise delivery Monitor and support patients throughout the course of their treatments Work collaboratively with physicians, physicists, and other healthcare professionals Adhere to regulatory safety and patient care protocols at all times

Qualifications:

Valid credentials or licensure as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT certification preferred) Proven experience in radiation therapy, including operation of related technology Strong organizational and communication abilities Familiarity with quality assurance and patient safety in radiation oncology Ability to engage compassionately with patients and staff
