Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Five 8-hour shifts per week (5x8s)

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Radiation Therapist Demonstrated proficiency in radiation therapy techniques Experience operating Varian Truebeam/Aria preferred Active Virginia Radiation Therapist license required (must be current and in hand at time of application) Strong verbal and written communication skills Compassionate patient approach and collaborative team attitude

Responsibilities:

Administer precise radiation treatments in accordance with physician directives and established protocols Operate and maintain Varian Truebeam/Aria equipment to ensure accurate delivery of therapy Monitor patient responses and document observations clearly and professionally Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care throughout treatment Contribute to patient education and support, fostering a caring clinical atmosphere
