Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (5x8s)

Key Qualifications:

Current, active Virginia Radiation Therapy license (must be in hand) Minimum of 2 years of hands-on radiation therapy experience Proficiency in operating Varian TrueBeam/Aria machines Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and follow precise protocols Flexibility to participate in two-step interview process (Teams virtual interview and onsite interview; travel and stay expenses during the in-person interview covered)

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments with precision and compassion Operate, calibrate, and maintain treatment equipment, including Varian TrueBeam/Aria Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document treatment sessions, updates, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records Support patient education and administer care instructions throughout therapy cycles Participate in ongoing quality assurance and safety measures
