Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (5x8's)
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Radiation Therapy Active and current Virginia (VA) Radiation Therapist license required Proficiency with Varian Truebeam/Aria systems highly preferred Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety Comfortable with two-stage interview process: virtual (Teams) and in-person session (travel expenses and hotel covered for in-person interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments with accuracy, adhering to physician orders and established protocols Operate Varian Truebeam/Aria linear accelerators and related equipment Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and emotional support throughout their care Track treatment progress, maintain precise documentation, and collaborate closely with other members of the oncology team Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring the utmost quality of care Why Apply?
