Full-time Key Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy program and current certification Valid Washington State license in Radiation Therapy Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Well-versed in the operation of medical imaging devices, including CT scanners Prior experience in acute care settings strongly preferred Outstanding communication and patient education skills Ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining high attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Deliver radiation treatments safely and accurately per physician protocols Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions, side effects, and patient progress Work closely with oncologists and care team to develop individualized treatment plans Operate and monitor complex medical imaging devices for treatment planning and administration Educate patients, providing full explanations of procedures and answering questions with empathy Observe and respond to any adverse reactions or complications during therapy sessions Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines Assist with equipment maintenance and quality assurance processes
