Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Step into an essential healthcare position where your expertise will make a difference every day. Seeking a skilled professional to perform radiographic examinations on patients of all ages, ensuring accurate imaging and compassionate patient care.
Schedule:
Variable shifts Anticipate 36 hours one week, followed by 48 hours the next
Desired Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification required Valid BLS certification Experience in imaging, with a focus on X-ray technology Proven ability to work with diverse patients, from pediatric to geriatric Strong communication and interpersonal skills Adaptable to changing schedules and patient needs
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct X-ray exams in accordance with established protocols and physician orders Produce high-quality diagnostic images for clinical evaluation Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times Accurately document procedures and maintain imaging records Maintain and troubleshoot X-ray equipment to ensure optimal functionality Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide timely and effective patient care Uphold infection control and safety standards within the imaging department This opportunity offers the potential for direct placement and the chance to play an integral role in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
