Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Advance your career as a skilled imaging professional in a dynamic healthcare environment, supporting a variety of patient care needs. This contract opportunity calls for an experienced individual with expertise as a Radiologic Technologist, comfortable with inpatient and outpatient imaging—including adult and occasional pediatric cases—in a large facility with advanced trauma, NICU, and stroke services.
Schedule:
12-hour night shifts: Friday-Sunday, 6:30pm-7:00am 36 hours per week
Essential Qualifications:
Active ARRT certification Current BLS certification Proven experience in X-ray, with solid skills in fluoroscopy, surgery, portable, trauma, and diagnostic imaging O-arm experience is preferred; DEXA experience considered a plus but not required At least 1 year of recent, relevant experience for seasoned travelers; at least 2 years for first-time travelers Familiarity with GE and Siemens fluoroscopy systems, GE portables, Konica DR, Carestream portable, and
Cerner EMR Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality radiologic images across departments, supporting both routine and urgent procedures Operate a range of imaging equipment to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning Float between main radiology department areas based on clinical demand Provide compassionate, attentive care for a diverse patient population Accurately document procedures and patient information using Cerner EMR Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
