Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract This opportunity is ideal for an experienced MRI Technologist with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and precise imaging. You will perform MRI procedures in a healthcare setting, collaborating closely with physicians and medical teams to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent) Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment and managing imaging procedures Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and patient positioning Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff Commitment to patient care, confidentiality, and professionalism Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images as ordered by physicians Prepare patients for examinations, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety throughout the process Monitor imaging results for clarity and accuracy, identifying areas requiring additional imaging if necessary Document imaging procedures and patient information in electronic health records Adhere strictly to safety regulations regarding magnetisms and contrast agents Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to support optimal patient outcomes Maintain cleaning, stocking, and routine maintenance of imaging room and equipment This contracted position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment, using advanced imaging technology to directly impact patient diagnosis and care.
