Summary of Job Duties:
The CT Technologist will be responsible for providing quality diagnostic imaging for medical interpretation.
Duties will include:
operating CT equipment, handling patients, venipuncture, post-processing of images, patient transport, working with electronic medical records, and communication with physicians, and other services. This position also includes call and holidays.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or
GED PLUS
Graduate of an approved Radiology program New graduate or less than one (1) year of CT experience Registry eligible or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. An Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License must be obtained before the start date. CT Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists must be obtained within 12 months of the date of hire Ability to
Follow Oral Instruction, Read, and Write Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Radiological Sciences 1 or more years of experience as a CT technologist Advanced Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in

Responsibilities:
Operation of CT imaging equipment and post-processing of data Handling patients Venipuncture Use of EPIC Call and holiday coverage Communicate with patients, physicians, clinics, and other services in the hospital in an effective, professional, and courteous manner. Responsible for maintaining their professional license(s), National Registry, and all annual competencies. Other duties may be assigned to this position
