DOE Hours of Operation:
Tuesday to Saturday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Be Part of Something New. We are looking for a dual-certified Radiologic (X-Ray) and CT Technologist to join our brand new outpatient imaging center. If you're looking for more than just another X-ray and CT Technologist position, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray and CT examinations in accordance with ASAP Imaging policies, protocols, and quality standards while delivering exceptional patient care. Review imaging orders, clinical documentation, patient questionnaires, and medical history to ensure the correct examination is performed safely and accurately. Position patients appropriately and utilize proper imaging techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images while optimizing radiation dose through ALARA principles. Demonstrate expertise in X-ray and CT procedures, scanner protocols, radiation safety, and imaging adult, pediatric, and pregnant patients. Monitor and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and ASAP Imaging safety, radiation protection, and quality standards for patients, team members, and self. Exercise sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to make appropriate decisions during imaging procedures and adapt to individual patient needs. Deliver a compassionate, patient-centered experience by creating a calm, professional environment while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the examination. Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, leadership, vendors, and fellow team members to provide exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Complete image documentation, post-processing, quality review, and other required workflow tasks accurately and efficiently. Report equipment concerns or maintenance needs promptly to ensure optimal equipment performance and patient safety. Adapt to new technologies, protocols, and educational opportunities while incorporating feedback from radiologists and leadership to continuously improve performance. Support departmental and organizational goals by assisting other imaging modalities and departments as needed while promoting teamwork and operational efficiency. Requirements Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiologic (X-ray) and CT Technologist Must have ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) Must have ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school in Radiologic Sciences Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification Our Culture At ASAP Imaging, we live by our CLEAR-Q values: Coaching
