Job Summary and Responsibilities + As our CT Technologist, you will help patients, physicians, and staffreceive excellent service and comprehensive diagnostic CT scanning support so they can ensure accurate diagnoses and efficient departmental operations. + Every day you will perform CT scans and associated procedures based on current protocols and radiologist recommendations. You will be expected to perform scans including Trauma/ER, Perfusions, Routine Body, Routine Neuro, and Interventional Procedures, assist Interventional Radiologists, perform work-ups such as perfusions and reconstructions, perform protocol management, utilize good radiation safety practices, and accurately maintain departmental records, files, and database(s). + To be successful in this role, you must display a thorough knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and positioning, be competent operating equipment, performing procedures, and the teleradiology system, possess knowledge of various drugs and contrast media, and be able to act as a resource and role model for students and new staff members.
