CT Tech#26-16261 $64.29 - $66.59/hour Fairfield, CA All On-site Job Description Day Shift Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a CT Tech for their Fairfield, CA location.

Responsibilities:

Performs C/T examinations in accordance to established protocols. Assists and instructs patients prior and during examinations. Responsible for evaluating each study to ensure it meets required quality standards. Responsible for patient safety and well-being during examinations. Responsible for inspecting and cleaning equipment prior to use. Reports to radiology supervisor all equipment failures and/or malfunctions. Reports all patient complaints, discrepancies and drug reactions according to Q.A. policies. Responsible for processing images, organizing paper work and completing charges. Works in other areas of the department such as radiology, ultrasound, etc. Organizational standards for Joint Commission, Patient Safety and the Department of Heath will be met or exceeded. Takes call or stand-by when required. Performs other duties as required

Experience:

Two or more years of experience in general radiology, at least one year of C/T.
