Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures following physician orders and safety protocols Position patients, operate imaging equipment, and ensure high-quality images Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and provide compassionate, faith-aligned care Maintain radiation safety standards and proper use of protective equipment Document procedures accurately in the electronic medical record Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to support coordinated treatment Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot imaging equipment; report issues promptly Support student technologists and participate in ongoing professional development Required Skills Diagnostic radiography Patient positioning Radiation safety and protection Operation of X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment PACS and EMR documentation Infection control practices Anatomy and physiology knowledge Contrast administration support Communication with patients and clinical teams Quality assurance and image review
