Job Description

Category Imaging - Mammography Job Type Contract Make a difference by bringing your expertise in mammography to a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract opportunity seeks a skilled professional for a 13-week assignment focused on delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality diagnostic imaging.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Five 8-hour shifts per week
Qualifications:
Active ARRT(M) certification required Current MRT license Valid BLS certification Prior experience as a Mammography Technologist Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities:
Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams with precision and compassion Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures Review patient history and imaging requisitions to determine appropriate imaging techniques Operate mammography equipment, adjusting settings to obtain optimal image quality Accurately document procedure details, maintain imaging records, and uphold regulatory requirements Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate prompt exam interpretation Provide clear instructions and answer patient questions regarding the procedure This role offers the opportunity to advance your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a direct impact on patient outcomes.
