Job Description

Category Imaging - Mammography Job Type Contract Step into an important imaging role where your expertise in mammography ensures compassionate and accurate patient care. This 13-week contract position seeks an experienced Mammography Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging services in a supportive healthcare environment.
Schedule:
5x8 hour shifts Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Qualifications:
Current and valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification ARRT(M) credential required MRT licensure required Proficiency in mammography imaging procedures with hands-on experience as a mammo tech Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic mammography examinations with a focus on patient comfort and safety Accurately position patients and operate imaging equipment according to established protocols Maintain clear and thorough documentation of procedures and patient interactions Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal imaging results Uphold strict quality control and regulatory guidelines for imaging and patient records Provide reassurance and instructions to patients throughout procedures, ensuring a supportive environment This contract offers the chance to work regular weekday hours in a professional and skilled setting, where your work directly impacts patient wellness and early detection initiatives.
