Job Description Responsibilities:
Perform routine MRI exams, ensuring accurate positioning and protocol compliance Provide patient care consistent with MRI safety and comfort standards Screen patients and staff for MRI safety in accordance with departmental policy Enforces Zone safety compliance Develop proficiency with MRI workflow, scanner operation, and contrast administration Demonstrate and maintain competency in all assigned equipment and procedures at this level
Qualifications:
2+ years as a licensed Radiologic Technologist or 0+ years with ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT license Completion of an accredited radiologic technology or MRI program Complete required CEUs to maintain certification and licensure Licenses/Certification Requirements ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required upon hire Technologists cross training into MR must obtain ARRT (MR) within 12 months of position acceptance Venipuncture certification required BLS Ages of Patients Served - This position is responsible for the assessment, treatment and care of patients of adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
Addendum Performance Expectations:
Must receive an overall "Meets Expectations" or higher on performance reviews.
Salary Range:
$75.56 - $95.92 USD Hour The Physical Requirements and Working Conditions of this job are available.
