Job Description

Hourly pay range: $49.00 min. - $49.00 max Reporting to the Manager of Radiology this position provides health care services, applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment; performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for interpretation by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner; exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics; applies appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure . Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE
None.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. Current CPR certification required. Certification by the State of California (CRT) required. Certification by the State of California in Fluoroscopy required. Certificate of venipuncture for contrast media injection required within 6-months of hire if establishing new IV access for the purpose of contrast injection.
