THE ROLE

We're hiring an MRI Technologist to own our open extremity imaging program at a high-performance specialty clinic in San Francisco's Financial District. This is a build-out role, not a traditional scan-only position. You'll lead the imaging program, manage workflow, and help grow the practice.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform open extremity MRI scans: ankle, foot, knee, lower leg, wrist, hand, fingers, and forearm Own patient workflow end-to-end: check-in, screening, positioning, checkout Coordinate results distribution to referring providers within 48-hour turnaround Manage scheduling, prior authorizations, and payment reconciliation Identify process gaps and improve them — without being asked Support referral generation and CRM maintenance during non-scan hours

QUALIFICATIONS ARRT

(MR) certified or ARRT with active MRI eligibility CRT (California Radiologic Technologist) permit preferred 2+ years MSK MRI experience required Open extremity MRI experience strongly preferred — Esaote system familiarity a plus
