Key Responsibilities:
Operate X-ray imaging equipment with precision, following all safety protocols Prepare patients for radiological exams and clearly explain procedures Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to produce optimal diagnostic images Accurately document procedures and maintain imaging records in line with strict compliance guidelines Troubleshoot equipment and participate in ongoing department quality improvement Adapt to varying protocols and fast-paced, high-volume caseloads
Desired Skills & Experience:
Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to assignment Proven experience operating X-ray equipment within a clinical or hospital environment Strong patient communication and empathy skills Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary care team Flexibility to adapt to new processes and rapidly changing situations
