Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid certification in Computed Tomography (CT) Active state license or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment start Minimum of one year of recent, hands-on experience in CT imaging Strong understanding of radiologic safety and patient care standards Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with CT equipment BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred) Effective communication and collaborative team skills
Responsibilities:
Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images Prepare and position patients for CT procedures with emphasis on safety and comfort Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety regulations and infection control protocols Accurately document procedures and ensure seamless workflow within the imaging department Communicate findings and collaborate with radiologists and referring providers as needed Manage patient records with privacy and precision
