The technologist should be able to perform all required procedures in the department while operating specialized equipment. You will be performing screening and diagnostic mammography, individual should be willing to train in special procedures such as wire localizations as well as stereotactic breast biopsies.
Essential Functions:
Performs diagnostic or screening mammogram as ordered. Performs ABUS (automated breast ultrasound) we will train Performs DEXA (bone density) we will train Prepares for and assists the Radiologist in the completion of intricate mammography examinations, including breast biopsies. Obtains pertinent patient information Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Radiology Technologist Shift:
Monday through Friday- 8 hours per day
Required Licenses/Certifications:
CALIFORNIA
Certification as a Radiologic (CRT) and
Mammography Technologist:
Required within 6 months Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; R.T. (R)(M)(ARRT): Preferred Position is for an Out Patient center •No Call•No Holidays•
Pay:
$44.00 - $48.00 per hour
