Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by stepping into a dynamic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role in a school-based setting near Jewett City, CT! As an RBT, you will collaborate closely with students, educators, and other professionals to implement effective behavior intervention plans and support a positive learning environment.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in educational settings Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping students reach their fullest potentialPrimary Responsibilities:
