Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a self-driven professional who can manage service calls independently while delivering high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, maintain, and start up commercial HVAC equipment Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service Identify potential system upgrades or service opportunities Coordinate with dispatch and service leadership to complete assigned work Accurately document service activities and reports Provide guidance and support to junior technicians Respond to emergency service needs and occasional extended hours
Qualifications:
S2 license (or equivalent experience) and EPA Universal certification Minimum 10 years of HVAC service experience Strong knowledge of commercial systems including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, furnaces, heat pumps, and VRF systems Familiarity with AAON units and basic controls systems Valid driver's license and clean background check eligibility Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and working at heights
