Job Description

Our client is seeking Commercial HVAC Technicians at multiple experience levels to support installation, service, and maintenance across a range of systems. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment while ensuring strong system performance and customer satisfaction.
Position Overview:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform equipment installations and preventative maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Communicate effectively with customers and ensure quality, safety, and performance standards
Experience Levels:
Level I:
0-3 years HVAC service (4-7 years total), D2 or S2 preferred, able to handle basic service independently
Level II:
4-6 years HVAC (8-10 total), D2 or S2 required, installs, light service, small job leadership, experience with 2-20 ton systems and small boilers
Level III:
7+ years HVAC (11+ total), D2 or S2 required, leads complex installs, VRF systems, 2-100 ton systems, boilers up to 10M BTU, strong client interaction
Requirements:
EPA Section 608 Certification required D2 or S2 license Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to read blueprints and schematics Valid driver's license with clean record 4+ years HVAC experience preferred NATE and OSHA certifications a plus
