Position Description:

Join a dynamic maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician II in New Haven, CT. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems to ensure optimal operation and safety. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and automated building control systems, while providing excellent support for building operations. The position offers hands-on work on various equipment, system repairs, emergency response, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of building services. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a reputable organization, ideal for skilled technicians seeking career growth and stability.
