Job Description

Summary:
Operate Automated Optical Inspection Equipment and identify defects on circuit board assemblies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Communicates and listens effectively in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to solve minor problems and recognize bigger problems that require supervisor assistance. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Works as a member of a team. Functions under time pressure. Gets along with co-workers. Accepts change in a positive manner. Contributes to a positive, healthy and safe work environment. Work in compliance with Microboard, OSHA and SDS safety policies. Demonstrate a working knowledge of the AOI machine. Demonstrate the ability to load the proper program, load and run boards, and log defects as appropriate. Proficiency with and working knowledge of Microboard MIS (Aegis) software is required. Component Identification training is required. IPC 610 Certification required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent 0-3 years of industry experience or equivalent is required. Basic computer skills such as, shutdown, startup, and navigate folders
