• to join a high-performing, patient-centered team across multiple locations in Naples and Bonita Springs. • What You'll Do
• Patient Care
• + Provide a calm, supportive experience for patients throughout the MRI process + Educate patients and families on procedures and expectations + Assist with positioning, transfers, and mobility safely + Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times + Adapt care based on patient age, condition, and needs
• Imaging & Technical
• + Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and protocols + Maintain imaging standards and support quality assurance efforts + Accurately document procedures and patient information + Monitor equipment performance and escalate concerns as needed
• Safety & Compliance
• + Adhere to MRI safety standards and OSHA guidelines + Maintain strict HIPAA compliance + Complete incident reporting as required + Promote a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
• What You Bring
• + Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program + ARRT (MRI) certification preferred (or eligible) + BLS certification preferred + Strong understanding of MRI safety and imaging protocols + Excellent communication and patient care skills + Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
