This is an ideal opportunity for someone who values clinical excellence, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. You'll be working in a modern imaging environment where quality, efficiency, and compassionate care are at the forefront. What You'll Do Patient Care Provide a calm, supportive experience for patients throughout the MRI process Educate patients and families on procedures and expectations Assist with positioning, transfers, and mobility safely Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times Adapt care based on patient age, condition, and needs Imaging & Technical Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and protocols Maintain imaging standards and support quality assurance efforts Accurately document procedures and patient information Monitor equipment performance and escalate concerns as needed Safety & Compliance Adhere to MRI safety standards and OSHA guidelines Maintain strict HIPAA compliance Complete incident reporting as required Promote a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program ARRT (MRI) certification preferred (or eligible) BLS certification preferred Strong understanding of MRI safety and imaging protocols Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Benefits & Perks 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Employer-paid Life & Disability Insurance HSA (with employer contribution) & FSA options Paid Time Off Uniform allowance Gym membership discounts Employee Assistance Program Referral bonuses & employee discounts Company events & holiday celebrations Why This Role Stands Out Work across multiple state-of-the-art imaging locations Join a supportive, experienced clinical team Strong focus on quality care over volume Comprehensive benefits and long-term stability Opportunity to make a daily impact on patient outcomes Interested?
