What You'll Do:
Lead and coordinate daily MRI operations, ensuring efficient workflow and a seamless patient experience Serve as a trusted resource and mentor to MRI team members, supporting a culture of collaboration and excellence Develop staffing and on-call schedules to meet department needs while supporting work-life balance Take on in charge responsibilities, guiding the team and ensuring high-quality care delivery Perform MRI procedures using advanced technology to produce accurate, diagnostic-quality images Apply your expertise in MRI anatomy and pathophysiology to support clinical decision-making alongside radiologists Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care at every interaction Contribute to a positive environment for patients, physicians, and team members Support continuous improvement initiatives and help drive innovation within the department Assist with onboarding, training, and development of new team members and students Perform venipuncture and support medication processes as needed Participate in on-call rotation to support patient care needs Why Lee Health?
